When these websites have become the porn sites of the past, it again becomes about alternatives. What alternatives will become used and accepted by both teens and grown ups.

I agree with the ban, tbh, as addiction is real for many. Social media is a new drug.
But decent alternatives should be available that can be monitored (independently, and not by individual's parents), to be safe spaces.

I think in that case the Transport Police should ask them to leave the station building, or get physically moved out without warning. If they refuse, you can set the rest of the train on them, stating that they delay is now due to the person not leaving the train/platform, rather than the passenger being stuck.
he now needs a good excuse not to release them... maybe war is one of them.
