I use Paseo as a step counter. It works reliable without Google Services. Maybe you can get some inspiration from how they do it.

Edit: they claim to also use some Android API, but one of AOSP, so it works without GApps on Lineage.

DAS wurde im neuen Asylschnellverfahren abgeschafft. Da wird explizit gesagt “Ein ablehnender Bescheid kann nicht gerichtlich überprüft werden”.

Deshalb sollte das Baby abgeschoben werden, das hatte kein Recht mehr auf Prüfung, weil es im neuen Schnellverfahren abgelehnt wurde.

Aufgrund der Hängengebliebenheit des hier vorliegenden Falles, wurde dann noch eingegriffen. Aber irgendein alleinstehender Mensch, der Asyl beantragt, wird dann ohne Überprüfbarkeit abgeschoben. Auf diesen Umstand möchte ich hinweisen.

Edit: um noch mal explizit zu sein: das Gericht hat per Eilbeschluss die Abschiebung ausgesetzt. Der Anlass der Abschiebung für das Kind (abgelehnter Asylantrag) ist nicht mehr (sinnvoll) anfechtbar. Platt gesagt, kann das BAMF mit den neuen Regeln sagen “lol, seine Schuhe sehen scheiße aus, Asylantrag abgelehnt!”, und man kann nichts dagegen tun als Betroffener. Respektive: kann man, aber man wird dann schon mal abgeschoben. Versuch mal aus dem Folterknast deines Herkunftslandes den Prozess in Deutschland zu gewinnen, viel Spaß 👍

Da merkt man auch was für eine Sekte diese AfD Anhängerschaft ist. Ich meine, stell dir vor, dein Leben ist so langweilig, dass du für irgendwelche Politiker deine Freizeit opferst um Menschen zu bedrohen?! Weird.

Das ist halt verrückt, dass die ganzen Faschos da echt ihr gesamtes Leben drum stricken. Im Hochsommer standen auch an einem random sonnigen Sonntag so ~20 Leute auf einer Autobahnbrücke und haben AfD und Deutschlandfahnen geschwenkt. Dachte mir auch “das ist euer Ding, an einem sonnigen Sonntag? Auf einer scheiß Autobahnbrücke abhängen?”

Merkt euch das mal, wenn demnächst wieder irgendein Politiker was von “Rechtsstaat” faselt. Das Ganze kam nur zustande, weil das Baby aufgrund der neuen Asyl Schnellverfahren kein Klagerecht mehr hat. Weil Exekutiventscheidungen nicht von der Judikative überprüfen lassen zu dürfen, zeichnet einen Rechtsstaat aus, mussmanwissen!

I don’t know where this “they tried hitting war infrastructure” myth comes from.

Same with the bombing in Germany. They literally rebuild German city houses in the desert, to figure out the best way how to blow off the roof and set the wooden structures inside on fire.

They measured fire brigade response times to stage the bombing in a way to hit the rescue efforts.

It was about demoralizing the civil populace, so of course it was never about military targets.

I mean, would be neat to make something like “I want to fly there, so give me options, check also for rental cars and vacation homes with this-and-those constraints, give me a list and prices” and have it have a go on it. That would really make family vacation easier if I could trust the results.
