  • Asus would be nice, I've liked most of the zenphones but either didn't support my carrier/bands or something like that or they stopped allowing bootloader unlocking which is why I didn't think they'd be on the list but this would be a great way to jump back in as an option for enthusiasts.

    Also would love for it to be RAZR, I really want one but also want GrapheneOS but hesitant to buy a pixel.

  • David Hogg himself said he left the DNC not forced out and the current chair said he would have Hogg back in a heartbeat but his organization Leaders We Deserve conflicts with what the strategy agreed on moving forward would be, not influencing and picking candidates directly because they're learning from fucking up with Bernie. Also the current leadership are backing Zhoran unlike previous progressive candidates. They still have a long way to go and I gave up on them long ago but they're not the same as they were several years ago.

  • Agree with all of the statement until the last paragraph. The DNC has had many failings in the last 15+ years but several months ago they completely replaced the leadership and top brass for the DNC and have been pushing progressive policies now. It might be too little to late but that is also something that should be mentioned.

  • I've been at the other no kings protests and been emailing my senators and reps in NC almost every week for the last 4 months. They keep responding only with the Faux News false information but if they won't give in they I most certainly will not either. Ensure every week they and their staff have to face what they're doing.

  • Nah I was good in the thread until you got here. This is why the Left is such a mess, edge lords saying nobody is good enough and nothing ever gets done except the county moving more to the right. I'm as progressive as you can get, I'm also a realist knowing what we're dealing with but keep arguing with everyone so nothing gets done. Hope you find whatever it is you're looking for, cheers.

  • Appreciate the info, I'm going to keep volunteering and donating and helping grassroots wherever I can but also going to be helping thinktanks like Leaders we Deserve who are helping to shape the future of the DNC for actionable change at the larger level. Have a good weekend

  • I totally agree with the grassroots movements I'm part of my local one but on the larger stage no action has been accomplished and you still have yet to provide any actual actions that can be performed now and in the next election. Unfortunately we'll be locked into this two party system for the future and a third option is non viable.

    I agree the two party system is completely broken but it's too late to switch to these new groups. Would have been much easier under a Harris term or in 2016.

  • Not sure if you already knew but Bitwarden does have a self hosted option, the docker-compose stack runs great and they have been working on a singular image that just needs a DB. It all runs great depending on what you need and supports the actual bitwarden team.

  • For me it's Bitwarden, hosting their stack in 2018 right after getting my first job launched me into everything else.
