Waddup?! I run the orbi.camp lemmy instance on my over engineered homelab. #selfhosting

  • Or at least as an assistant on a field your an expert in. Love using it for boilerplate at work (tech).

  • Well, appreciate the headsup. The battle is always staying informed.

While at it, any recommended alternatives to ProtonMail?

  • Ah, does Duckduckgo not do that too anymore? I thought there wasn't a fully independent search engine.

  • Ah, so Duckduckgo leadership is still the only one in thr clear?

  • GrapheneOS is awesome, wish more phones had it. Has really brought a feeling of control wity my phone. Just kind of ironic wearing the Google logo on the back lmao

  • Plug for https://kagi.com/ for those who can afford to pay for search engine. Best search engine experience, love the personalized results where you manually raise and lower specific domains.

  • i mean, philosophical ideas aren't rights...

  • Fucked up

  • last corporate own social media where a single entiry can remove anything for everybody*

  • not the backend, just boilerplate mostly

  • the code he published is unusable...

  • oh that's what you mean. welp, I don't pay em that

  • what's a good privacy replacement for email/pass?

  • wait what?

  • I mean, I know for a fact I shouldn't trust my scumbag ISP. Most people fall into that camp here in the US.

  • lol, the #'d part game a good shuckle. That too familiar commenting on a compose file!

And makes sense. Tho not sure if you ever used the watch listing feature? Been nice to do that on the Discover page of plex and have stuff just auto download.

Anyways, guess this morning I'm feeling like an overseer envangelist 😅

  • nzb360 is gold! Ill also add overseer. UI is sleek and content discovery is super convenient. plus easy to share with friends and family.

Nowadays nzb360 is just my admin dash. But content adding and discovery happens on overseer.

  • oh snap, db0 the person! Love your instance.

  • and even then, only Ente does actual encryption on your photos.
