It's not my typical watch, but I've caught a couple of YouTubes in the channel "life take two". The host is an ex-maga, ex-christofascist, who talks a lot about the abusive nature of the combined movements.
This article just shows how uncertain European countries feel about how to handle the current situation. They can't even make firm policy, let alone clear process. Putin runs circles around them, only needing banter and jokes.
If you are going to decide to be strong and firm, you need to define your box, includ9ng the corners - and then stick to it. If you are wrong, your are wrong, but at least you were firm.
I guess it's just a anti-European kind of strategy, so they are so poor at using it. Don't fight where you are weak - how old is that concept?
I use a script for paprwm-like behaviour, and is signcantly hamstrung as well - cannot work with multiple screens. Karousel: https://store.kde.org/p/2045724
To be more clear, before he got his code mainlined, you needed to run h8s full fork of the kernel, with changes made not just to the cache code itself, but also to other parts.
Not all of his changes went in though; but the differences got sorted out enough that the vast majority of his newer changes were driver only.
That said, he was still ruffling feathers about wanting some fast moving kernel changes.
That could be true. I understand that Ukrainians have been taking advantage of RU being spread too thin in AA, but stealth would be better.
Not sure if it worth the cost though. US spends money to win wars; UKR & EU don't have the same luxury.
