Scotch as in the tape, not the whisky

  • case and glass screen protector

i once removed the case to clean it, and the slippery phone fell and cracked the back glass

also, in the period that i didnt have the screen protector, it got all rigged up by the house keys, and eventually cracked from a 50cm fall.

    never again.

  • 117 are the ukranian drones, the planes taken down are 40

  • might be just me, but isn't it inconvenient to have to download new tracks all the time? i know you could have a *arr stack and all but that would only get some artists

  • russian tanks are designed for the ease of use and survivabulity of the tank, they are fast, weakly armored, big gun, have only 3 people (gunner, commander and driver) operating with an auto-loader for ammo, which means that all the loaded munition sits right under the people, and that's why you see russian tanks go boom the instant something hits them

western tanks are designed for the survivability of the personnel, they are slower but with much more anti-tank defense, balistic shields, and have 4 people (gunner, loader, commander and driver), one more then the soviet tanks, because the extra man is the loader, which brings the ammo from the shielded munitions compartment to the gun, making it so that in the event of the tank blowing up, it just stops and breaks down but the troops inside are safe

    For example:

Russian tank getting hit by a drone (watch the whole video, it has the drone's pov as well)

    Western tanks

  • you don't even need heat shrink if you have the good plugs which can be unscrewed open

  • except american standards mandate GFCI only in bathrooms, so you'll get cooked before anything trips

  • wait until i cut some uranium nuclei

  • now for only 140% the price!

  • ah, classic .ml memes

  • In any major catastrophe they are abandoned and likely the meltdown and other issues could render whole areas uninhabitable. Might be manageable in certain power loss scenarios… but anything major and sudden like if you’re country suffered a nuclear attack or a major natural catastrophe and you survived I’d stay away from nuclear plants or chemical processing facilities.

this isn't chernobyl anymore, we have safe nuclear plants that have excellent emergecy shutdowns (the control rods are held up by electromagnets, and in a power loss they would instantly fall down, stopping the reactor)

with chemical companies, the idea is the same, but since they're handled by private corporations i wouldnt trust them that much with safety shut-offs in case of power loss. at most they'll have a backup battery and a diesel generator, which in a solar flare EMP will get destroyed too

  • None said anything about actually reducing ticket price by that, high prices stays forever.

Standard ticket if you generate at least 1KW, otherwise the price goes up if you generate less, with a fine for less then 50W generated during the flight
