What makes you think you have to kill people? Why not just sink their yachts, burn their planes and homes? Dox them. Shut down airports with drones -- nationally. Burn their warehouses, datacenters, factories. Hack their computers and steal their money. Etc... etc...

The community elects the board, and the job of the board is to figure out how to do what the community wants. Absolutely no hierarchy or leadership (except from within the community).

This data can then be analyzed, filtered, collected and collated by whatever criteria "they" want, for whatever purpose.
