My buddy has a CRT. It makes a very high pitched noise, close to 18900hz. But it's not above what most people can hear, most humans can hear up to 20,000hz. Over time this decreases of course. But every time I go to this guy's house I can hear the CRT going, so loud, so annoying.
I guess the other user appeared transphobic to a lot of people, and OP seems like they're defending the user for being ignorant and not meaning any harm by it?
I'm not aware of the full story, nor am I being told anyone is a terrible person. I guess it's an if-you-know-you-know scenario. I don't think it's villainising anyone.
Pain relief from stimulants for me comes from the fact that I'm not thinking about the pain as much anymore (kind of how weed helps my pain too. Just allows me to focus elsewhere)
I thought I'd add, it's not the same as Adderall XR
Medikinet seems to be Methylphendiate Hydrochloride which is the same as Ritalin. I'm not sure if they are extended release or not, but Adderall contains Amphetamine (Mix of 75% Dextroamphetamine and 25% Levoamphetamine). Adderall XR being the extended release version of this Amphetamine mix.
