They won't get any. And even if they did, the worst they can get is a fine which is lower than the profits from the illegal activities.

Just put up some funk. Everybody likes funk. Nobody in the whole history of the world ever said "turn down that funk".
All we got out of it is that joke, where a character says a bunch of profanities and is being bleeped for 30 seconds. But that's been used to death already.
This is stupid. I'm pretty sure it's still acceptable to sing badly.
