When games are designed for it, controllers are almost always better imo, save for when you’re trying to aim, I very much dislike thumb sticks for aiming
God damn, the Magic Mouse is the worst fucking idea ever, it’s like combining a touchpad with a mouse in the worst way possible. When I was a kid, our family computer only had a Magic Mouse and I can’t count the number of times I made a misinput, scrolled too far, or had to stop using the computer until the mouse could charge
I know! I’ve been trying to convince my mom to plant clover in their yard instead of grass, but she’s such a victim of grass propaganda that she’ll sit in the yard for hours picking out every single clover leaf
Ooooo, this looks really promising! I'm a little sketched out by the low price, it seems like a too good to be true kind of thing, but I might actually go with this! I'll let this post simmer for a bit longer to see if there's anything else that's just perfect, but this might take the cake!
That does look quite impressive! Probably out of my budget for now but I'll keep that in mind if I feel like I need something with every bell and whistle!
Hmmm, I have an old iPhone 5 that might do the trick, @AstralPath@lemmy.ca was suggesting something similar with my actual phone, but using this might work out, I'll have to test it in a few minutes after the battery has charged a little
Edit: Looks like it's actually broken beyond belief, the touchscreen barely works and the home button doesn't at all. Definitely a no go.
I currently have an iPhone, which has some similar things to DroidCam, but I'd rather not use it like that. On that note, https://vdo.ninja/ is a cool website. The GoPro knock off idea might be good, it looks like the Apemans are sold out right now, but I might try something similar if I don't get any better suggestions. Thank you!
Mmm, I’ve been on KDE since I started using Linux, so that could explain my difference
