Pizza isn't "bad" for you. Eating it excessively might be bad for certain health related goals, losing weight for example. But having a couple slices of pizza isn't unhealthy the way smoking a cigarette or consuming alcohol is unhealthy. You can absolutely design a balanced meal plan that includes eating pizza occasionally.
