  • I'm no mechanic, so anytime I work with a drill, it's to unscrew someone's pervious work. I just jam the plus shaped head into the plus shaped hole and pray, just as the lord intended.

  • You could take everything from me and I wouldn't start carpet bombing children. Fuck Isreal.

  • The people of Nazi Germany only halfway understood what was happening, and those who did were thrown in jail if they spoke out. They were told the jews were being rounded up into educational camps.

We executed the nazis. Wish we could send the neo nazis to 1930 germany.

  • In 13 months, the last 6 congressional deaths have been democrats. The reason the big beautiful bill passed was because 3 democrats died this year.

This is the bill that is going to add to the deficit, make lower class pay more taxes and cut taxes for the rich, and require $1000 to seek asylum. They held the vote at 1AM to hide it from their constituents.

  • They look like a successful before and after transition. Or siblings.

  • I'm stupid the sarcasm didn't register at 6am.

  • if you say otherwise, you are an anti semite

Sincerely can't tell if your English is poor or what. You share a picture of Isreal gunning down food and claim it's about Israel's right to defend themselves. What the fuck is gunning down horses going to protect Isreal from? Starving infants? This isn't fuel or bombs or anything related to terrorism. Isreal are the terrorists and it's a fucking disgrace we pay our tax money so you can gun down the aid that is also costing us tax money.

Edit: I need to amend this to include the fact that under the 1948 genocide convention, something Isreal should be very familiar with, is considered an act of genocide.

Okay guys I get it, it was sarcasm. We've all seen the type of shit zionist say and it struck a nerve. My bad.

  • That's not going to happen here. We've had some gatherings, but even the pressure of the entire country didn't stop Gov. Parson from executing Williams last year. There's a loud 40% here that crave fascism.

  • I think this might be misinformation. Businesses here need to comply with the timeline in the bill. The real issue is that Mike Kehoe, the governor, might repeal on the basis that prop A was unconstitutional as it was broad and addressed multiple issues i.e. sick leave + increasing min wage. There were protested Saturday, and there will be more next Saturday in STL because they postponed due to tornados.

  • If AI wasn't shitty and if it didn't train of stolen work, would it still be as hated? I think it has potential as a tool to elevate the works of talented individuals.

I think there's merit to old fashioned creations, but I'm not going to discredit a work for using a spell checker or an digital spray brush. The truth is that tools are shortcuts for bringing thoughts or ideas into reality.

I think we have a lot of bad faith arguments on this front. Let's compare to the conservative. I remember a clip where conservatives were presented with an image of a fetus. When asked if it was living human being, the responded yes absolutely, only to be told it was a pig fetus or some other animal. You also see it with transvestigations. There is an irrational kneejerk response to something they don't like. For the anti-ai people, you get a similar response about how AI looks bad.

The reason I have a problem with judging AI for looking like shit is that it won't always be like that. We need to focus on the fact that even if it did look good, it's work stolen from others, replacing them, and not compensating them. I'm afraid that some of the users may have responded poorly, and that there might have been more here to discuss before caving to mass internet rage.

  • Our CEO was a hyper optimist. He didn't elevate anybody who wasn't a peppy yes-man.

  • I've reported directly to the head before. Here's why they don't like remote work. These bosses are typically highly narcissist paired with paranoia.

I think many CEOs thinks like Trump, so let's work off that. They have narcissism and paranoia. They are highly insecure. They assume the worst and others, but have ridiculously high expectations.

Trump can't fathom people doing the right thing for the sake of it. He has never done a thing that didn't benefit him. He can't imagine not cheating someone given a chance. He's cheated every single time.

My CEO was highly paranoid. He decided to setup cameras anywhere. He started confronting employees who left early or arrived later not understanding that everybody doesn't arrive or leave the office at the same time. Even though the company needed focus on the agenda, he spent most of his time stalking employees.

When I was confronted for leaving early, I had to explain that I'm still working while making a delivery on my way home, or that it's okay for me to be late if the first thing I do when I wake up is to respond to urgent emails and make important calls. This resulted in retaliatory pay cuts, so I quit. Of course, the business could not afford to lose me, so now I do contract work for more than double per hour and found a new job that treats everyone a lot better.

These people are truly detached from reality. Their poisoned brains prevent them from understanding basic human nature. The only side of human nature they understand is how people bend over for money. They're control freaks.

Keeping you in office means they have the ability to pressure you. Emotional manipulation through micro management or unreasonable expectations. They know that at home, they can't see you squirm. At work, you're not safe, but at home, you are.

  • Ms. Rachel is today's Mr. Rogers. My baby is singing and counting and learning letters and mom and I are absolutely blindsided each time she does something new.

Ms Rachel was a music teacher for a preschool and started her channel to help her speech delayed child. She's engages and includes, using language like "grown ups" instead of "mom" or "dad". She has a member who does sign language and also a non-binary member who is her long time friend. My niece was enamored by their inclusion when I know that her side of the family is less receptive to differences.

Ms Rachel has fund raised for the children of Gaza and is harassed and boycotted by the right for doing so. I've learned a lot from Ms Rachel as a new parent and she's a treasure.

  • Fun fact: there are three cops for every 1000 people.
