I understand that. I think it's okay to stay on Spotify and occasionally support beloved artists buying digital music or merch. I have YT Music for discovery, but buy favourite albums on Bandcamp, especially from smaller artists.
Boycotting is a complex approach involving not only users, but musicians as well. Some already start remove their music from Spotify, and if it will come to big names, more people consider leaving
Unfortunately, there's no such option for Lies of P, but OST still available on Steam.
Direct purchase helps significantly much more than hundreds of your Spotify plays, considering how little it pays to authors even comparing to other services

i would say, this is an example that even decent people cannot change a failed system within. and some situational positive actions can't suppress overall degradation
i think it's impossible totally exclude ai from a developing process nowadays (you googled something? you use ai. etc.), but not having generated images/assets/texts is realistic
