"The board of directors that designed the pay package require him to hit several ambitious financial and operational targets, including increasing the value of the company on the stock market nearly six times its current level."

It's ridiculous for the UK to issue fines to a company who doesn't operate in the country. Just block access if that's whatever your stupid laws dictate.
Dying Light: The Beast has this, it's very refreshing. When all players go into the menu (including the inventory) the game pauses. Should be a standard feature.
I hate this whole social media ban, but this is a self assessment to determine if they are a social media platform which probably won't apply to GitHub. From The Register -
"At first glance, GitHub will not have to deny service to Australians under 16 years of age, because the criteria that require a platform to do so are:
Having the sole, or a significant purpose, of enabling online social interaction between two or more end-users;
Allowing users to link to, or interact with, other end-users;
Allowing users to post material on the service;
Hosting material that is accessible to, or delivered to, end-users in Australia"
And anyway, the ban only applies to logged in accounts, so you can still visit sites without being logged in without restrictions. At least, initially. The whole thing is such a waste of time and money.
Takaichi, a rightwing politician who has voiced admiration for Margaret Thatcher in her quest to build a “strong and prosperous” Japan on the international stage, beat her moderate rival, Shinjiro Koizumi, in a runoff election at the LDP headquarters in Tokyo on Saturday.
The Americans was great. Just looked it up and the guy who created it did a new show a few years ago called The Patient, sounds pretty good
