  • Nah, they are either true believers or the "420.69 lol" crowd

  • I do IT governance. When someone builds a server or a firewall rule or a database in a way that could leak patient data to somewhere it shouldn't be I find it and make them fix it. Generally people don't want to redo something that they've done so there is a whole process around who you tell so that everyone know the problem and who has to fix it.

  • I have no idea what their deal is but one comic sure did cause a lot of butthurt.

  • You are right parents shouldn't say this to kids directly but I do think they can illustrate that they aren't all powerful and depending on the maturity of the kid go into some of the realities of the world we live in.

I was also just trying to remind younger folks that their parents are human and have flaws and my be worthy of forgiveness for those flaws.

  • But where is the bit about heavy metal music?

  • So this unshackles the AP from bias in their reporting?

  • If they are citizens of the eu don't they have freedom of movement between countries?

  • Well, it was mostly narrative and started with a screenshare over discord. "Ok, this is what you are seeing. What do you want to do?" We pretended all the cars and stuff were where they were in the picture and I'd bump them down abit in the direction they wanted to go every turn. We didn't get too deep into how fast can the bad guys go with celerity and stuff because jumping in front of a moving car is a great way to get run over as one ghoul learned. The end of the chase was an abandoned shopping mall that they knew was in the area where they could be a little more blatant in their power use. Fun little scene.

  • I led a game with a car chase via Google Street view. So much fun.
