  • If miscounting the number of Rs in strawberry didn’t crash the economy then nothing will.

  • As an experiment - try setting up a dating community on Lemmy - report back with how that goes.

  • There’s lots of them. Some are probably more legit then others.

    But it’s a bit of a never ending war. You don’t “eventually win” by having the service for a while. If you lapse on using it new brokers just spin up with that data.

    For phone spam specifically you might look into using a google voice number or something similar listed on your resume or used when applying. After initial contact is made you might follow up with something scheduled on your main line. Another option is spam apps on your phone.

  • Consoles sell at a loss with the idea that they recoup it with game purchases.

    Steam gets a 30% cut of game purchases and could do it also. Unfortunately/fortunately it’s also a functioning Linux desktop - so they can’t really sell it at a loss - because some companies might just purchase it for compute.

  • Been doing it for a while - WvW and Open World it’s been great. I wouldn’t try and do raid rotations on it.
