So far this is a strong contender for my favourite substory in the show, right next to Episode 8.
I think Greed is a misnomer for Yuriko because what she displayed was not greed. Empathy is hard when your own perspective is all you know. Sure communication would have easily solved this, but let's be real, that's way too hard.
To be perfectly honest, I don't think Makoto's feelings were mutual. Ryuji's evaluation was correct on why Makoto was dating him. That said, I don't think it's a bad reason. That's what dating is for. I think Ryuji made the right call.
I don't think Makoto feels any romantic attraction to Aoi either. This is just a part of Makoto's growth and experiencing new things.
That aside, I'm happy to see that Aoi recognises that she has friends who love her. It's sometimes hard to love yourself, and even harder to believe that anyone else loves you. I have a feeling that when she finally comes face to face with her mother, it's not gonna be pretty.
I see Naori is playing dirty. I mean I expected that but it still caught me off guard because it just suddenly cut to credits.
This love pasta looks like my box of esoteric cables.
On the one hand, it's annoying to see Rumi not listening to the sound advice from her friend and blowing up at Jun. On the other hand I can see where she's coming from so I can't really fault her for anything.
That voice combined with that face helped with the trick lol. I was wondering if the in game voice is the same as the player's irl voice and when Gaydle showed up the voice mismatch legit made me think he was another debugger.
Now the question is will Haga interfere with the world outside of a quest line. Considering how qa brained he is, he's probably super conflicted right now.
Also I feel bad for Nikola. You can do it I believe in you! 頑張れ!
Haha pain? Yes I rather like bread why do you ask?
It's hard when you're constantly trying not to inconvenience the people around you and forget that you deserve support too. I also feel like it's partially "if I keep pretending, hopefully I'll stop pretending at some point." I can tell you with complete certainty that that's bullshit. That's how you lose out on having genuine relationships with people.
I think this is my favourite episode so far. It flows like a fable but feels so real.
Truly, the tree that gives you infinite painkillers is something the villagers failed to appreciate while they had it. Now excuse me while I go take my painkillers of the mind.
So far this is a strong contender for my favourite substory in the show, right next to Episode 8.
