  • I have some close people with similar situation that happened to them.

When crypto is involved usually is as investment of sorts. They sell you the idea of how much crypto is going up in price and right time to invest is now.

They use some charts fake one or usually from bitcoin or some other meme coin (that started the pump) and present the growth of 200%. And estimate of growth for another 200% but the time to invest is now. And people go with it, not just elderly but everyone that wants to make quick money.

But quick money doesn't exist. When it sound too good usual it is

  • Í get what you are saying, I also have an elderly mother that is bad with technology. But she ask anything that is outside of her usual usage.

If she starts doing some stupid stuff and she isn't aware of her problem then I'm responsible for her actions. Because its not only her problem then but all of ours family. And again usually I'm the one that is stuck with the problem.

Then when dialogue doesn't help I'm locking the device and make sure she doesn't do something stupid like that again.

I need the company to provide the necessary tools to prevent fraund so that I can use it.

Not that the company polices what I can or can't do with my device that I paid

  • In today's society everything needs to be baby proofed. Protect this protect that. People need to take responsibility for their actions.

Your grandpa got greedy and wanted to invest money to make more money. Now he got scammed and he learned his lesson. Next time guided by prior experience he should/will be more careful. If not he will loose more money until he realises he shouldn't be clicking and installing everything he sees.

And that applies to everyone. You alone are responsible for your actions, not anybody else

  • And again someone will buy that crap and be completely OK with that. Because its "cheap"

My grandfather always said: I'm not rich enough to buy cheap stuff.

And that applies to this situation as well

  • I'm just tired of AI this AI that. Give me a functional product not a bandaid solution that in the end I don't need

  • I've done my part

  • Still supported in legacy devices branch it seems.

Probably they will release a few updates to quiet down the masses and in 6 months time drop down the releases from month to two months and then tree months and poof no more drivers

  • Its a blast to play with friends. You can be a dick and let them fall but usually its better not to.

Climbing mechanics are good but I feel sometimes the grip stamina can be quite short and the climb quite long.

But all in all fun little game

  • Its best to download it directly from Microsoft and activate it with MAS

    Permanently Deleted

  • The game from thumbnail is pretty fun. But yes piss off Amazon

  • I'm also close to finish the first game. It a little bit clunky and buggy sometimes but its overall a great game. I'm excited to play the second one

  • Same thing was with avocado in the past. If there is profit to be made there is someone to make a profit any means necessary

  • Wow I'm in shock. HP would never do such thing 🙄

  • The biggest crap is that I can't play multiplayer games. If not for that I would switched a long time ago

  • Literally me yesterday
