One thing that really threw me off FO4 was the voiced main character. They had to simplify the dialogue options significantly, and I just don't need my character to have a voice, my imagination can sort that out just fine. That way I can make up my own mind about how my character sounds in my head, have more detailed dialogue options (like FO:NV), and not have a locked in boring voice with boring dialogue options. Lots of cool additions in FO4, but it just seemed so shallow, I stopped playing quite early.
I asked it about "CCP controversies" in the app and it did the exact same thing twice. Fully detailed answer removed after about 1 second when it finished.
Ngl, I was sceptical since still images are not a good representation of what's really going on when people are moving around, but then I checked out the video. Good lord, he even did it twice.
Sorry, you don't understand lighting and are not qualified to make this judgement. This image was taken by Saul Loeb, photographer for Agence France-Presse based in Washington, DC. The source is in the article, 2 minutes of research and you can find the source with other pictures of the same event.
Hashing takes longer the longer the string is, so it technically could impact performance if many people with very long passwords log in simultaneously. 20 characters is ridiculous though, you could probably cap it at hundreds and still be completely fine.
