I see that now. My brain read your first USPS as ISP I guess.
In which case... yes please do explain what infrastructure they have that could be used to deliver internet to the masses.
You used to be able to do some banking at your local post office. You still can at some offices but it has largely been done away with. I believe they were referring to this and not USPS as an ISP.
This guys got it right (as well as the guy below, buy as you need) I would just like to add I think a drill press is definitely an important tool.
You can get mortising kits for them which would be very useful for this type of furniture. It can also be useful in making all sorts of round shapes, like the kind you'd find under the arm of a craftsman style chair. Usefull for making jigs and drill press jigs like making evenly spaced dowel holes for spindle backed chairs.

Milescraft makes a slightly better one and then there's the rockler one but you know, you get what you pay for.
My guy, you don't have to go so hard.
All I was trying to say is if you listen to their music you'll find that their whole shtick and major inspiration is kung fu movies.
Many of the samples in their songs are from old kung fu movies.
Only caveat here is by trading in EVs they've lowered the entry cost for someone else interested in getting an EV.
