  • I really wish there was a way to find where someone legitimately has a need to nest, like, 16 levels of USB devices and find out WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THEM. But also what possible legitimate need might force such a nightmare. lol.

  • duh, do you not know the song? idiot

    (I'm kidding) <3

  • Editorialized title aside… the thing about parking is that in the US, we're sparse and spread out and need cars in most places.

You want to eliminate cars? Build densely. Replace great swaths of our suburbs with medium to high density housing + commercial spaces where people don't need cars to go shopping or eat at restaurants or grocery shop. Then you're also dense enough to be able to support great public transportation. And then you can greatly reduce the number of cars.

It'd be great. I'd love to be able to walk^[well, roll, as a wheelchair user] to shopping and restaurants. I'd love to take good public transportation to my doctor visits and elsewhere.

But that requites a radical re-thinking about how we live, and then a radical re-building.

I'd be all for it - the cost savings of not owning a vehicle would be fantastic, and while electric cars wll help, congestion and pollution are even less of a problem with a great public transportation network.

  • Lol down votes with no rebuttal comments means the truth is being told

I happened to see this comment first which is great because it means I can ignore everything else you said because this is one of those stupid things troll say. It's about the level of "I KNOW YOU ARE BUT WHAT AM I".

I'm sure it makes you feel better about yourself, but it's just as stupid as when I get angry and people not reading what I wrote^[I recognize the irony of not reading your other comments and saying this] and bitching at them, which nets even more downvotes because people DEFINITELY don't take the time to read my ranting about them not reading what I wrote in the first place.

So, I mean, do as you please, but your comment that I quoted is simply bullshit and lame and has nothing to do with anything else you said.

  • Do you think every place in the Middle East is at war? Dude, that's like saying every place in Africa is in poverty and starving. It's a big place.

And what about all the tourists propping up the US with tourism dollars, supporting a warmonger country? If you want to play Silly Buggers about the whole thing…

  • This is what I came to the comments to gripe about this whole thing. Yes, they can play some games and probably will, but consider: People will be watching. They do this and you bet people will track this crap and post about it. The blowback will be huge.

If they're stupid enough to try this, it will not last. lol. You can raise prices over the long term, but fuck around with short term prices people can see changing for no good reason? Yeah.....

And on the "personal pricing" - that's written by someone that doesn't understand how barcodes work.

But I'm sure they will try to play some games with it.

  • Is that where you graduated college? ;-) (sorry, couldn't resist, but just being silly)

  • I have a little experience on Glenn Beck.

What sparked that was Glenn Beck asking the first sitting Muslim member of Congress, Keith Ellison: "Now, I wouldn't say this, but some of my listeners might like to ask you: 'Are you working for our enemies?'".

Bear in mind that this was in a time when politicians were not openly working for Russia, so the idea of asking a sitting member of the House of Representatives if he was "working for our enemies" was galling. But it was Beck's technique of "Oh, I'm not saying, this, rather, 'it is being said by some unspecified people'" to weasel out of it being him saying it.

That said, I have avoided Rogan completely, so cannot speak directly to his particular brand of bullshit.

  • I listened to 170 hours of Joe Rogan’s podcast

Why would anyone want to torture themselves like that? o.O

  • Malice would be if they could do the jobs but refused. Incompetence stems from malicious removals, but it is incompetence because the people working are, in fact, incapable of doing the job.

  • It wasn't a war zone until we attacked Iran…

  • It's not being determined by the right-wing extremist Netanyahu government. It's being determined by the right-wing extremist American [Republican] government. It's merely being influenced by the right-wing extremist Netanyahu government.

  • I'm just going to beleive this comment is spelled pourly, because I'm also tired of releazing some people are this bad at spalling. ;-)

  • Awww, that's a really nice cake, too. Excellent drawing and writing skills! Not so much on the spelling skills, though… :)

  • There's a joke about the epstein files in there I ain't gonna make… but it's there.

  • I think studies from almost a hundred years ago show that the people with the guns do not fare well gunning down large numbers of people and it's inefficient. I think they came up with some higher efficiency methods...

  • <3 <3 <3 The only symbol I've wanted that apparently doesn't have a sequence is for pi. And I know you can add sequences in Linux, but haven't been bothered to figure out if/how with wincompose. heh.

Have fun! Oh, and one bit that took me a long time to find but I use all the time; ① - numbers in circles, a rare three-character sequence - parentheses surrounding a number i.e. (1) :) (numbers ① through ㊿ exist)

  • Two weeks, he'll be bored.

  • Gets me every damn time
