  • Bigger problem than tmsc is that China will just "legitimately" steal all IP and replace them with another company within a year. Moving to China is insane if you don't plan to bend over for the party.

  • They're probably not on staff and hiring them externally just got much more expensive and complicated.

  • There's plenty of believers. None of them are acting in a meaningful way.

  • They are not capable of a coup imnho.

Edit: Oh, you meant democrats are never going to get power after recent republical coup - seems likely.

  • Nothing will happen. Democrats are completely spineless and will bend over like they have in the past.

  • You're technically not supposed to invite people you don't know because you're responsible for your invitees to some degree.

  • You do know Firefox has profiles you can use to effectively make it two (or more) separate browsers?

Not shitting on Waterfox, just FYI.

  • Of course their challenge requires those things. How else could they implement it? Most users will never be presented with a challenge though and it is trivial to disable if you don't want to ever challenge anyone. I was just saying CF blocks ML crawlers.

  • Huh? I can reach my site via curl that has neither. How did you come up with this random set of requirements?

  • I'm not sure how they actually implemented it, but you can easily block ML crawlers via cloud flare. Isn't just about every small site/service behind CF anyway?

  • As an unfortunate owner of a Chrysler and having owned and driven a ton of other cars I can confidently say Stellantis makes the shittiest cars you can buy in US. On screen ads are just a small piece of an immense garbage island that is this shitty company.

  • I don't think that exists. I'm also looking for a cheap way to save my Skype number now that MS is shutting it down and can't find anything cheaper than $8/mo or so.

I can't even transfer it to Google voice directly because it is treated as VOIP number so I have to transfer it to a real phone first and then to Google voice. Not sure if it'll work for SMS verifications after that.

  • Sensors are cheap and have been around for a long time, but I'm going to guess the number one reason is the small part. Fewer cars = less traffic.

I've actually watched a city I visit regularly grow over about 20 years and it went from them having zero traffic to Los Angeles style traffic jams. This is despite their best efforts like making extra wide roads, using roundabouts, etc.

  • I really like Heroic because I don't want a separate app for each store. It's already annoying enough steam is a separate app.

  • I just want to specify further that large corporations that own a shit ton of properties are to blame.

  • Most pollution comes from shipping, agriculture, and other large industries. Poor countries/people cannot contribute because they are barely getting by as is. Even if the entire middle class in wealthy countries magically switched to electric/public/bicycling, started recycling, stopped watering grass, etc. it would make no noticeable difference.

The idea that social changes at individual level can help with pollution comes directly from propaganda pushed by cunts who are actually killing our planet for profit. Fuck them. Don't spread their lies.

  • Yeah, verb is kind of a stretch though.

  • I've seen this before and always thought the verb was a stretch since it is definitely not used in modern English, but I do like the idea of forming a sentence this way.

  • I'm sure there's a better example in Ukrainian, but

Як як? Ну як як? Як як як...

Not really a pun and not translateable as a joke, but same word that can repeat to form a sentence.

Joke is a guy went to the zoo and friend is asking him how was yak. He replies with yak was like yak.
