Mind if you try uploading from another PieFed instance? It seems like your current instance is struggling with federation (at leaat to Lemmy) and I'm not sure if it's a PieFed issue or a blahaj.zone issue.
My best guess is that piefed.blahaj.zone is having trouble federating to lemmy at the moment. I'm also having troubles with it inconsistently loading its css on Firefox android.
I think the problem is you didn't add any context to your post, so it just looks like you just decided to post a random pharma company's wikipedia page.
