The chopped coriander leaf on top is rather common in the south of Wales like Cardiff where it was imported and more readily available than the rest of the Welsh countryside. Still, I find it an irresistible addition to the classic dish.
The goat milk or pantysgawn is added if you want more of a creamy tomato soup, which often helps with the dryness of potato bread when used.
edit: My more Welsh than me Mum says chopped basil or coriander are acceptable.
Reminds of of Adam Carolla when he was hosting the Love Line radio show in the late 90s to early 00s and swore he jerked it 50 or more times a day... Talk about chaffing lol
Rarebit is basically bread, sometimes potatoe bread drizzled with a hot cheese sauce that includes beer or ale, mustard and Worcestershire sauce mixed with cheddar or goat cheese served on potato bread.
For the tomato soup, consider adding leeks and a goat milk or Pantysgawn (soft goat cheese) and Coriander (Cilantro) topper... assuming you wanna keep it traditionally Welsh.
edit: Forgot to add; that looks really good. Inspiring me to make that soon.
They do not have any documents, permits or reasonable identification most of the time. They are truly illegal immigrants who came to the USA illegally using what we call Coyotes (Human smugglers) who move humans to the US for a paid fee (very similar to what immigrants coming by boat to the shores of the EU or UK go through in a way).
They send some or all of their earnings back to Mexico btw. Sometimes the money goes to a wife and kids there, other times it's for an ailing parent/sibling. They're truly taking a risk to better their lives.
I live in San Diego, California. where I can literally see the city of Tijuana, Mexico.
Day laborers would traditionally gather near the entrance of Home Depot or Lowes just beyond their property lines early everyday.
They will then solicit themselves to customers by offering to do either construction, landscaping, painting, moving or other physical labor jobs for cash paid work of either a half day or a full day.
They will not do anything less than 4 hours of work because it may result in them not getting another job for the rest of the day. They will often ask for a small amount upfront or at a minimum: a verbal agreement on a total amount to be paid in cash when completed.
They work hard and do a good job. Now however, they do not congregate in large groups anymore and many are just getting jobs being paid under the table doing gardening or whatever. Anything to stay below ICE's radar.
But you probably know better than licensed physicians...
And pregnancy rate of 80% isn't very good to begin with but it drops to only 50% after 3 years? Thats abysmal and to suggest to get such a procedure as a temporary solution is kinda insane.
Again and as stated. it depends on the age of the patient, their health and other factors. But you probably know better than licensed physicians...
Vasectomies should be treated as a final solution.
Conpared to the OPs statements, a vasectomy is a far better choice unless you'd rather let the woman suffer a full surgery with abdominal pains and scar tissue with a tubal ligation. Yeah, okay buddy.
Best part about being in Asia is you're a couple hour flight to Thailand, Singapore, India, Malaysia, and South Korea where such things like medical tourism is common for Chinese.
Fresh chopped coriander leaf on top, not seed.
