I'm on mbin, after kbin. It's clunky but passable. I wish they'd get rid of some of the aternative jargon (thread vs post vs magazine) among other changes
Yes it is. Because immediately you are faced with having to pick a server. And then grasp and navigate the fediverse, which depending on the use case is not as straightforward. There's generally more hoops to make things happen. Depending on the server you pick, the UI is not all that intuitive. And then you have things like mbin forks which swap terminology.
I can see that. Depends on what was shared. Maybe if both options were available. Or an OP can edit the post and redact personally identifiable elements?
Part of the problem would be others not knowing if or when a post might be deleted. There might something to the idea mentioned elsewhere of being able to 'disown' a post, so that it's no longer associated with you? (If that's possible)
Nice, thank you! Didn't even think about extract form. I did read somewhere yesterday that cooking would affect nitrate content - with high heat or longer cooking having the most impact. I'll look into extracts as well as playing with making beet juice, which I used to like anyhow
Agreed. The color of the cabinets doesn't work for me, but I don't mind the rest of the look of that kitchen, above. I like having one room that's open in that way and then another that's cozy like the second pic. (In theory, anyhow. I've only experienced meh apartments)
Nice, thank you. I just have a Lodge. Haven't had any gripes about it, but curious what difference would come from leveling up
