  • Nothing changed. The only reason that was ever a position was because they were framing biden/harris as warhawks, whereas trump is so smart and cool he'd just talk his way out of needing war. None of that was for preservation of life or the betterment of humanity, it was a money thing (huh, crazy how this almost always happens with "fiscal convervatives"), but now that he's in there, the hogs will approve whatever he does.

  • Fishlake's picture is good. The heat exchanger (tower fan thing) is on the outside, but some units have the blower (hamster wheel that pushes the air through your vents) outside too. More often just the heat exchanger is outside and "air handler" (box with the blower and the thermostat and the furnace) is inside the house in a basement, crawl space, or attic.

    If the HVAC outside is a giant rectangle thats wider than it is tall, its also got the blower, but if the HVAC outside is taller than it is wide, the blower is inside the house somewhere.

  • If you can get to the actual blower, there should be a metal tray with a pipe dripping into it (or just a pipe sticking off the side if the blower is part of the outside part of the HVAC system). Especially on hot, humid days with the air conditioning running, it should be dripping pretty consistently. If it gets clogged (dirt, bugs, etc) the condensed water has nowhere to go and rests in the part thats blowing air around. If you think this may be it, you can try to free it with an unwound coat hangar (depends on how its installed as to how feasible this actually is to do). You'll know pretty quick if the smell is coming from that.

  • In AWD gas cars it's a problem because the front and rear wheels are linked together, but this thing has two bazinga drive packs that are independent. It only needs to lock one to have an effective "park" and it doesn't even needs that because it could use one axle's brakes as a parking brake. They could have made it easier to tow (you know, for when it inevitably breaks) but they chose to spend more time and effort to make it worse.

  • Even without documented evidence (of which there is in this thread, but even giving benefit of the doubt) disney was someone who had to be in control of everything and genuinely believed his ideas were divine. Read some of his stuff about the initial vision for epcot. His idea was to have families (the patriarchal fathers to be exact) sign away their autonomy to become human zoo exhibits in his "vision of tomorrow" which wouls actually be the parks' famous corporate sponsors' world in which their products are the future.

    His philosophy and managerial style are uncomfortably close (at best) to that of the nazis.
