Huh. I don't know enough about Flatpak, I guess repo owners get to make that call? Do Flatpaks have a preinst equivalent? Could you theoretically have an empty Flatpak that installs snaps at a system level? I guess it would need explicit permission to write to the filesystem, which kinda seems to be the opposite of the purpose of Flatpak. And like, even if that is possible, the Flathub maintainers would probably reject it on principle. So I'm imagining CanHub with an extra step in the installation instructions that gets you to pipe a curl'd script into sh, at which point, what's the point?
And Wizards of the Coast (since bought by Hasbro) are like Microsoft, trying to control the platform as closely as possible, trying to define how people use their platform
For anyone who hasn't heard, Dana Terrace and her team (from The Owl House) have put out a pilot for their new show: Knights of Guinevere. I highly recommend it, and please spread the word.
Try really hard for a while, get frustrated, hit randomize a bunch until I get something that doesn't look terrible, and then (like the other commenter) change the hair and call it a day
I keep getting annoying fake torrents where they put a bunch of junk into an archive and then give that the name of the thing that I'm tracking. The *arrs say "yep, file's there, you might need to extract it yourself though, not sure what's going on there" and Jellyfinn just never gets the files, because they're not real.
Have you read any Sword of Truth books lately?I quit at the one where Richard pulled himself up by his bootstraps so goddamn hard that he cured the world of communism and laziness, specifically by carving a really good statue. Are you poor? Have you considered pulling an ungodly amount of talent out of your ass in the eleventh hour? Or just not being lazy?Threw that book across the room and wondered how I'd even made it that far in the series.
I'm currently living in Canada and we've seen two snowflakes this entire winter (they fell in October)
