If you brought it up in federal court, it was expected both sides did their homework - all of it, every single detail. Because federal court cases were the defining "law of the land".

Well, during the Trump administration, his cronies have so many federal lawsuits on them, often half-ass and badly made, that it's creating a lot of deadlock on what is "the law of the land".

So is it going to help now? No.
