  • You talk as if it is yet to happen.

  • I heavily use both platforms, whatever I talk about or wherever I go, I see targeted ads. When I speak about brand X, I immediately see ads for it both in ios and android. Plus every device mic is being listened to all the time, advertising agencies are your proof. Sure android devices collect more data in practice, however the data that’s not being collected by ios can be inferred from the data that’s already been collected. Do you really believe a company when they say their devices are made to ensure your privacy? Google literally says the same thing on their privacy policies ;) it’s all legal mumbo jumbo that doesn’t mean what it’s supposed to.

  • Magisk can bypass most of those issues. Might as well root if you’re using a custom rom.

  • It’s firmware, hence why the word ROM stuck. Once you flash the firmware to specific partitions, after the boot you can no longer modify it, unless you have root too. Technically nothing is ROM, there is always a way :).

  • The data collection happens on both ends. Apple only lies that it is about privacy and whatnot. Gives you a false sense of safety.

  • WELL DON’T JINX IT

  • I guess it depends on your main goal. I started out as a gambler then lost a bunch of money and started actually investing. But at the end of the day every transaction you make can be called a gamble.

  • Still can’t escape cell tower triangulation

  • Try portal community maps.

  • To me that’s disabling too much

  • You sound like a robot

  • Roku TVs have version locked features, so I update them once then reset network settings, which wipes the connection. Then there’s the indicator light which you need to remove. But after that connect an apple tv and use it!

  • Good.

  • When you think about it, you can’t really disable anything.

  • The issue is that easily unlockable bootloaders exist, it’s just that they exist on [Shady Company] Pixels. So you either move on to a privacy focused OS and lose a bunch of basic ass features because [Shady Company] slowly removed them from the main OS, or you end up using the least privacy focused device ever made in the history of humanity. So if you’re just in it for the basics, iOS is the way to go. I’m telling you this as someone who has been rooting, buying and selling Android devices for about 9 years.

The internet is forever and there is no privacy on the internet.

  • Farmers will be farmers. I couldn’t play dust ii for a long time because everybody was farming on a casual server. Like get a job bruh.

  • Fucking terrorists
