He really believed the photoshopped fingers really had tattoos that spelled MS13. Not glyphs that mean MS13, but he thought they actually had MS13 tattooed on their fingers.

Just a personal preference. Water dispensers on the door are typically plastic and look junky. It's kind of the same reason I despise white cars and white cabinets.
