  • that wasnt my point. these law are the consequence of immigration because it wasnt control in the first place. i never had to decline identity in place where immigration where inexistent, but i had to in place where it was high.

  • you can refuse, but then police can detain you. Im not aware of police having the obligation to identify themself and i never saw them doing that. As far i know them having the uniform is enough.
