It's not complicated. When it becomes more profitable for politicians to help the oligarchs than it does for them to help the working class, things will improve. So pick a politician helping the oligarchs and make it very "unprofitable" for them.
It's not the Justice or IRS or even FBI/CIA I worry about. Trump said somewhere that he'd have no problem using the US Military against Americans. He probably already has a plan to replace all the generals who might have a conscience or be loyal to the consititution (and not him).
I use my own cloud server for everything except mail. For mail, I will probably move to Tuta. Their apps have issues, but they are open source.
