They don't recall information from a repository, the repository is translated into a set of topic based weighted probabilities of what words come next.
Those probabilities are then used to reconstruct a best-guess at what words are next when generating strings of language.
It's not recall, it's a form of "free" association, which is quite tightly bounded to the context, topic, and weightings of the training data.
This is not precise and is more likely to create average answers and sentences, rather than precise ones.
It's not recall, it's really convincing lies.
"He seems to know what he's talking about, and speaks with a certain kind of authority which makes sense and sounds knowledgeable".
Your argument isn't coherent, as you're attributing a single phenomena to being caused by a willful ignorance and the rose coloured glasses of forgetfulness or absent minded ignorance.
Which is why you're shifting goal posts to a position you believe is implied but is actually your own contradictory construction, and of your own making.
Anyways I don't think I'll get anywhere with you, as you're liable to such falsifications and implicit strawmanning.
Have fun arguing with positions you're making up for yourself. Strange hobby, but whatever. It probably keeps you occupied, so who am I to judge.
They went to Romania because of it's excellent legal system right? No wait, they went there because they thought it was a highly corrupt system in which they could pay their way out of their crimes.
...and now they're going to get prosecuted because they're a highly visible case.
I'd like to bring up - a switch in democratic systems of representatives to on called "Open List Proportional Representation" where parties are represented in a proportional mix per the votes they actually won.
Germany, Scotland, and Japan use such systems. I think it's a better system but it will probably take a loaded Supreme court and a concerted effort to get through.
Vienna is right next door where %60 of people live in public housing, and it apparently works well because in Vienna, public housing isn't kist for the poor.
Took it over just as the vote counts were being ratified by the senate (right place, right time), and all went down some time after Trump had asked Pence to go along with his phony elector counts plan (and Pence had said no).
Word has it they got just a few hallways away from where the votes were being transported.
Seems like it was a sort of back up plan to bring the chain of custody of the votes into question before they could be officially recorded by the senate.
I like this club.
