  • You're just learning about mental health problems of veterans?

  • Apple definitely has a shit category, it’s the entry level with 8GBs of RAM. Completely unusable unless you’re only running a single app at a time.

  • Doesn’t have to be stolen, it takes one large trip-up by Biden and it’s totally legitimately done.

Fully supporting the genocide in Gaza nearly did it, but he’s now recovering from that luckily.

  • Same will happen to IDF soldiers, not sure if Israel is prepared for that.

  • The term autopilot comes from aviation, where the only kind of problem resolution an autopilot does is turning itself off.

Other than that, it just flies from checkpoint to checkpoint.

  • They did release him because they can’t do that. However, he then told his buddy that he’s going to flee the country, who then talked about that on his livestream. That's a new offense that lead to him being arrested again.

  • This is probably the best way to get up if your joints can fully rotate. If you look closely, the legs are exactly below the center of mass when they touch the ground, making it easy to push upwards without falling over.

Humans just have to make complicated contortions or jump up because our joints are inferior (there are no slip rings for blood vessels).

  • Well, the “robot” you're referring to couldn't exceed human performance by definition.

  • I love the cyberpunk future where even courts are privatized.

  • /usr was introduced because the original UNIX machine ran out of storage space and they had to mount a second drive.

  • No single country on Earth is doing enough.

  • If you’re running batch files from your Rust code, you should rethink your architecture.

  • So they have a final solution for the Palestine question?

  • They’re not really there to negotiate. I think that plan flew out of the window when they realized that Israel doesn’t care about the hostages.

  • The climate has centuries of lag, so even if we stopped all emissions right now, it’d get hotter for longer than all current people will be alive.

  • Yes, but that only explains one side, since they're delivering aid to the people in Gaza, not weapons. I don't think that the food industry is strong enough for that.

  • The odd part is that it's in reverse. They're not getting money from both sides, they're giving it to both.

  • It always stuck me as rather odd that Western countries give money to both parties in the conflict. This is like arms dealers selling weapons to both sides, but in reverse.

  • Throw it into Israel’s pile over there.
