    But, I am curious to see how the right will shift their attitudes toward guns now that “liberals” have them and are using them.

    Last time leftist Black Panthers started exercising their 2nd amendment rights, it was Ronald Reagan that passed gun regulation laws in California to specifically target their self-policing goals.

    Remember when Republicans were trying to make political party discrimination illegal, so you couldn’t criticize their fascism? Meanwhile, I anticipate this rise of leftist gun ownership to be met with authoritarian background checks specifically screening for “leftist, communist, woke, globalist, LGBTQ+” ideologies.

  • Realistically, Trump is gearing up for a ‘Reichstag Fire’ moment in which he will blame antifa leftists and justify implementing martial law and a police state to suppress any attempts at protest or resistance. Because even a George Floyd sized protest can be squashed.

    A few things need to happen simultaneously.

    1. There has to be a schism within the military if we have a chance, but Trump is making sure the only people left are true believers who will fall in line.
    2. Local grassroots resistance movements that practice mutual aid and direct action.
    3. Foreign military/militias aiding these grassroots movements via trade networks. This last one will be mighty difficult and will require people who have access to such channels to begin with (ports, borders, etc.)
