Trust would have had to be earned in the first place to have stopped. My understanding of the US government was shaped by being raised on a military base in the UK, 9/11 happened but was never exaggerated or propagandized to the degree that it apparently was in the US.
Here's hoping they've got a larger version of phone for whatever they end up with. The price gap for the pixel 9 XL (i got big hands, i couldn't type reliably on a base model size) was kinda nuts
Pixels have a fold, and you get GrapheneOS for that. I tried a fold for about a week, just felt really uncomfortable holding that expensive a phone with so very little case options
Dubai is, AFAIK, the middle east equivalent of las vegas. Certain "activities" (alcohol, gambling, etc) are less illegal than in many middle eastern countries and its a tourist trap.
