  • Wenn es so läuft dann ja. Früher gab es / gibt es noch "Eisenbahner" Wohnungen. Evtl. ist es ja einfacher und sicherer mit einer Gewerkschaft. (Berufsunfähigkeit wäre noch ein Beispiel das zu deinem passt, oder Ruhestand, aber dann Rente => Miete, und irgendwann ist die Wohnung wieder frei).

    Jobwechsel.. so richtig komplett die Branche, Hui.. weiß ich jetzt auch nicht.

  • Werks-Wohnungen sind eh so eine gute Idee. Ärzte haben eine Rentenkasse die eben solche Wohnungen "baut" und vermietet. Das ist quasi die Investition und Miete ist dann die Rente. Wohnen können in den Wohnungen theoretisch alle, aber da die Meitpreise sehr human sind, ist es meist Medizinisches Personal.

    Also Rente + Wohnungsnot in einem gelöst.

    Aber hey, ist wohl ne dumme Idee... also besser nicht machen. So wie immer alles in D erst kaputt diskutiert und dann scheiße umgesetzt wird.
