Yeah, sorry I think my previous comment was spread with a bit too much of a cunty attitude which was unnecessary.
I feel that would be a very contentious and contended event trying to complete a democratic process in an authoritarian state.
You obviously can understand simple psychology that no one wants someone who commits a heinous crime to be on their side.. like it's not complicated why no one wants to claim him..
There really isn't enough context in this article to make comment. Were the doses provided at the prescribed dose and time? Did the patients analgesia match reported pain scales and clinical pattern for pathology? Was there difference in PRN use for his shift and others? Presumably all information that would have been pulled apart in the trial
Same experience I've had working in private, now public hospitals. Private hospitals had a nice 12 day stay-cation, if people hit the ceiling of length of stay out they went, if people were quite unwell they got transferred to public. Probably a different story in metro private hospitals.
Yeah I don't think the US will be much of an issue for China tbh. I'm guessing you're replying to the other person because I didn't mention anything about cutting off resources to China.
Xi is losing a bit of power locally, so wouldn't be surprised if it gets bumpy in the next wee while
If China started a war with us, we would be fucked. Not only is their military complex astronomically bigger than ours... They have complete control of the narrative internally. Ain't no way we're holding off a billion people
There was a redistribution of wealth towards the extremely rich, not sure why we're blaming that on immigrants.
Do you have any resources about the rest of your points?
Because they are often wealthy, connected and have a voice, for example negative gearing. This only impacted a small percentage of people compared to the masses, but still made labor lose in a landslide to the liberal party in 2019
I really don't care much for America... But it's an absolute travesty..
I'm genuinely surprised that it seems Americans are happy to be treated like utter shit by their own government.
Low teacher pay seems like a bit of a stretch. Most states have teachers paid over 100k within a few years of graduating. I think NSW, ACT and WA all start new grads at 85-90k.
I also hate private health, and in fact, cop the additional medicare levy on the chin because id rather pay 2-5k in tax that funds medicare, than get some junk private health cover.
The problem with bulk billing is it's so dependent on location. I have great GPs that can get an appointment within a day or two. More rurally you're waiting 6-8 weeks and paying $90 a pop.
Despite their being flaws in Australia you can still at least get emergency life saving care that won't bankrupt your family. I'm not as well versed but there's also the safety net for medications which I believe stops the horrendous out of pocket expense across a year
I have a low carbon footprint and my solar has exported 17,000 kWh more than my usage. Please tell me again how a 0.3 watt hour query is me completely disregarding the environment
Edit: I have ai generated search engine summaries turned off.. I hope you do too
I'm sure people have been making crawlers for 30 years... But I haven't been, so I've been able to access "knowledge" and shape it for my use case. I think equating ~5 queries to torching an acre of forest is a bit hyperbolic which doesn't help anyone.
