  • I have been extremely pro-democrat and it has driven me insane how the far left ONLY ever shits on democrats when they are objectively better than republicans on every single issue. Democrats generally vote in the direction of increased taxes on the rich, more access to healthcare, better safety nets, etc. while republicans are just demons who obstruct all progress for the sake of destroying the world. But after Trumps election, watching the cowardice of the dems actually fucking disgusts me. They might as well be republicans with their lack of response. Just a fucking disgrace. Fuck Cuck Schumer. Harris lost by like 1-2%, and that is AFTER trump/elon most likely rigged the election through suppression and probably also hacked voting machines.   • I feel like in a way, it is too late. The human race decided it doesn't care to fight climate change. There is going to be significant disruptions, especially near the equator. But on the other hand, even if we overshoot our climate targets, there is always a chance for us to reverse the damage dealt using technology and by reclamation of ecosystems that have been destroyed. I think as long as our species survives we can fix things. But we need a massive, massive change in attitude to muster the political will to do something.
