Figure out how much the heaviest load is and use a span/shelf calculator to make sure it'll hold. If you offset each level, like in the video, I doubt there is any concern.
Pine doesn't machine as well as good plywood. It'll take significant work to make each hole for those pegs in such a way that there isn't tear out... And if you don't seal.it with something penetrating, will probably splinter quickly with use.
Once again confirming the Diablo. My only real experience is with stock or Diablo.
90t 10" Diablo does plywood without affecting veneer.
I use the stock (newish) delta blade for ripping though.
Id think Diablo would make a good ripper with how well it does finer work.
Mine does Blu-ray too. DVD wise they have more TV shows than I've heard of, cryptic ones I have heard of, anime, comedy... Almost more than the local used DVD stores.
A penny saved is worth two in the bush.
