  • Looking at my friends who use Instagram, it's basically for stuff that's either too many photos for a single post, so it's made into a themed story, or for stuff you wanna show off, even though it isn't quite good enough for it's own post, so it's on your profile for a bit, but not permanently.

  • Hmmm...

  • I might be biased, but I can only reccomend it. Start with the EU country that vibes most with you, can't go wrong, honestly.

  • I'm from a country where uncut is the norm, to the point where it's unusual to meet a dude that's cut, and it's kinda fascinating to see someone being so into it.

Maybe you should move to Europe.

  • Thunder interprets both as communities, probably because a mistyped community is much more likely than a random email address.

  • I'd prefer them announcing proper update support.

  • Cute, I like it.

  • I'd call it a Hitlergruß.

  • Always fascinating what cruelty can be excused as long as there's some perceived utility.

  • There's no evidence he said that, and antisemites like to use it to underline their conspiracy theories. People have been getting into hot water for using it for a while - just from the top of my head:

  • He got punched pretty hard once, if I remember correctly. Went pretty well, got a killer look out of it.

  • Huh, most people just tell me it's relatable, and that they should probably kick it too. Also, Zuck starting to zuck even more openly seems to have helped with the ones who weren't quite convinced.

  • That's kinda bullshit. Like, yeah, 30 Minutes delay on an ICE Journey aren't necessarily uncommon, but with distances where the ICE makes sense, they're usually faster than driving, and a traffic jam underway that delays you by about that isn't all that unlikely on those distances either.

With more local transport, it usually runs on time for me, and I use it almost daily. Might vary by region, though.

  • Yeah, OK, my journeys where all around five hours. Double is kinda mad.

  • I had four long distance ICE journeys in the last two months. Three where thirty minutes late, one was two hours late.

Also had four long distance TGV journeys, of which one was about 20 minutes late, and one was an hour late, though that delay happened in Germany.

Apparently, DB is currently working on the infrastructure, but those renovations haven't been fully funded, and it looks like the conservatives will get in next.

  • Business Insider (and Politico) have been bought by Axel Springer, a German publisher whose flagship paper is Bild, pretty much the German sun, and is generally a heaven for innacurate reporting, and general right-wing shit-headdery.

  • I mean, he wasn't wrong here, but I don't think fucking Matt Walsh knew more than any random person. He just wants to stir up shit to get attention.

  • I don't care about Canon. Every Trek has done silly things that are then included, or ignored, based on the next writers whims.

What did annoy me was that it became less and less fun to watch. Neither the scripts nor the sets and backgrounds felt like they where done by people who liked the general ideas and vibes of star trek. Or maybe they just didn't share my idea for star trek.

Pretty much only sticked around because I liked Stamments, Culber, and Adira. For all it's failings, I did feel they nailed representation.
