  • Step 2 of that mistake was not holding an open primary to, at least, try to simulate an actual primary. 2 out of the last 3 dem potus nods have been all out coronation. The only outlier was biden who gave strong signals that his presidency would be a single term "return to normalcy".

  • From a documentary about the undertaker. Vince McMahon had a sex toy named after him if I remember his sex trafficking lawsuit correctly.

  • I think you're actually underestimating our dystopia. Private security/military already exist to the scale that the, literal, "war" aspect of a class war would make actual arms mostly irrelevant. I think at that point it's just a numbers game.

  • Vince didn't even step away because of this. Vince stepped away because of his own actions 35 years later. That is related to the Jenelle Grant lawsuit which is also paused because of an active federal human trafficking investigation. So many fucking skeletons in this closet.

Linda was CEO of wwe when Jessica Massaro was drugged and raped at a us military base in Kuwait, iirc. She committed suicide but she had detailed the abuse and the cover up to her attorney years prior. Written statement in her own words, its a fucking tragic case and i really hope the story cracks open if there is an actual cabinet appointment process.

  • This has been their MO for years. A good documentary called "Jesus Camp" was made in like 04. It was about a children's religious summer camp. It ended with a bunch of children praying to a literal life sized cardboard cut out of W Bush. Those kids are like 30 now and likely have their own kids. They're just so fucking weird.

  • I'm hungry and Elon looks nice and plump.

  • I am the walrus.

  • Word. I understand venting but blaming the voters is not a winning strategy.

  • I had an old Twitter account I barely used but I sould still hop on here and there to troll some chuds. After the election that account was booted, yeah.

  • Are.... are you me?

Because that is my exact experience.

  • He can for J6 and the documents case. But not for this or the Georgia case.

  • TF? He was obviously talking about the eu I think.

  • Yeah, I know. Things shouldn't be like that but they fucking are. I think I could have been more precise with my criticism. Instead of the left I maybe should have said msnbc and the type of liberalism it represents. I never watch it but I did during the election. It's not hard to figure out why people hate them. These are the people who barely pay attention and not voting for democrats.

  • Man, I remember a video I saw like 7 years ago. Two black college students were reading the riot act to a white kid for having dreadlocks. Like, I get it, but pick your battles. That is not your enemy. The left needs to recognize when they're overreacting because it just gives the right ammo for their nonsense gun. Because the voters the dems are losing, who barely pay attention, will have stronger reactions to trash like this than they have to nuanced defenses of bidens record in the post pandemic economy.

  • I'm somewhere between cis male and Ace. My dream girl would be all about this lol I'm so conflicted.

  • My lizard brain is all for the resigning thing. With the message being something about making a statement in the history books about the decision the public made in 2024. Mostly predicting the inevitable disaster of Trumps second term, just like his first term.

Higher brain thinks that's just poking a bear though. Ugh. We're fucked.

  • Insider trading is actually legal for congress though. You're point is valid for systemic issues but this specific one boils down to the individuals involved. There is no precedent for this, no one can really say the judge did anything improper. It would likely be a boon for the governor in a blue state and who knows the DA ambitions.

I'm mostly making counterpoints than a prediction though. I still don't think anything major will happen.
