  • His sole purpose for running is to stay out of prison, and with his stacked Supreme Court he knew they would disregard the constitution to help out the guy responsible for their lifetime appointment. It's why he announced his running so early as well, he knew he was about to be indicted for some of his crimes, so he announced so he can play the "election interference" card again.

  • I'm not 100% sure on that. They will 100% double down on evil, but they will do it like the Turtle, just a giant smirk as they fuck Americans over. I think they know the batshit stuff doesn't really work outside of Trump, not like backstabbing and sneaky subversion of our country does.

  • Yeah, not sure how that visit could benefit his campaign. It would be like Alex Jones running for office and doing a stop at Sandy Hook Elementary. Continuing to double down on these wild conspiracy theories is not expanding Trump's base, which he needs to do if he actually wants to win the legal way.

    Sorry, I read that as not believing in the report itself, as many believe the Trump/Barr version of the report, stating the opposite of what Mueller actually wrote.

    As for this guy, I kinda remember him and noticing he was a bit ... out there. However, his billboards get under Trump's skin and that's fine by me. And I would imagine if you ran a PAC you would take a salary from it, and it looks like besides a $100 donation to a Maryland Dem none of that PAC money is actually going into politician coffers either. Way too many of these PACs and SuperPACs dumping millions of dollars into local/state elections to swing votes.

  • So, all these people went to this assholes house and listened to him brag about killing a dog with a shovel and never thought to mention it to the police (even anonymously)? I would say that makes them compliant complicit, and no better than him.

    Mr. Ciaschi worked in the same small East Rockaway sanitation department where Mr. D’Esposito had helped place Ms. Lark’s son. In July 2023, the two men pieced together what happened, and Mr. Ciaschi shared what he knew with Ms. Lark.

    So he not only put his future step daughter and the woman he was cheating together, but he gave the son of the fiancee a job with the husband of the woman he was cheating with. It's like he knew he was a monster and wanted to be caught. The sad part is, the end of the article says him and the fiancee got back together. ☹️

  • Trump is trying to run the same 2016 campaign, and until Biden dropped out it was working for him. Harris has disrupted his autopilot campaign, and has nothing to pivot to. He cares 0% about Americans, or the US as a whole. He has no serious policies because they bore him, and the few he tries to talk about it's clear he can't comprehend them in his deteriorated mental state (tariffs!).

    He just wants to stay out of prison and sell the US to the highest bidder and play golf someplace until he forgets what that is.

  • The billboards like this are oftentimes from Republicans that are anti-MAGA, this one however is some guy that was a low level cabinet member of Clinton who decided to create his own PAC (Mad Dog PAC).

    It isn't the DNC putting these up, it's basically people that just want to troll Trump, and when Trump stops running I'm sure most of these groups will move on to other things.

  • We also need to stop Republicans from constantly trying (and sometimes succeeding) to strip the FTC of its powers to enforce issues/laws/regulations well within its scope as a federal agency.

  • It's almost like it should be doctors determining a woman's medical care instead of some "religious" old white men pretending to be taking some kind of moral high road by interpreting their "faith" 100% in the way that benefits them.

    We need to start removing laws based on religion, and start respecting the separation of church and state. And if these officials cannot, they should be removed from office.

  • You may find Harris the lesser of two evils, and want a progressive candidate like I think the majority does, but Harris is certainly running a more progressive platform than any in the past few decades. Again a low bar, but it is a step in the direction I think, and what the majority wants to see. I think as government reps get younger we'll naturally see things become more progressive/diverse. It's just waiting out the old white guard.

  • Yep, and the fact they continue to feed these same results back to the AI is going to eventually make them lose their shit. I saw it mentioned in an article or video (can't remember now which) that when AI starts taking AI created output as input it gets hallucinations, almost like schizophrenia.

  • The "counseling" being referenced above is abuse, not actual therapy. It's someone brain washing a kid to make them think bad about themselves and "want" to "get better". It's everything the asshole fascists claim the drag queen story hour folks are doing, because like everything it's all projection. The party of "family values" and "protect our kids" that wants to take away kids meals, healthcare, education, and if they don't "act right" to ship them off to one of these torture camps to "straighten them out".
