Seriously, just be an actual parent to your children and let adults be able to enjoy things without everything being censored to shit because you use the internet as a babysitter.
I do play a lot on my PS5, but besides that it’s my 4K disc player. I’ve got both that and the Xbox Series X, as the secondary 4K disc player. Plus y’know there’s all the old games I have on disc that are backwards compatible.
And to be honest I do prefer to game on my couch with my nice huge TV, where my main work and gaming PC isn’t.
I do have an older PC connected to the tv but it’s more for streaming and torrented content than gaming these days.
At some point I’ll bite the bullet and switch that one over to Linux and see if I can get some more gaming life out of it.
All that said, I don’t see myself buying whatever the hell this next Xbox/PC will be.
I’m more inclined to grab that Steam Box whenever the hell that is able to come out and whenever the hell I can afford it.
Like honestly though, in what way will it be significantly different than currently? All the games they put out are just also on PC so what, things stay essentially the same?
I doubt they’ll allow me to play my steam games, will it allow side loading of other random games? Do I have to just buy the Xbox version of this PC game to play it? Gamepass Ultimate already includes playing the PC versions of the games which again are identical to the versions on the Xbox. So what really will be the actual difference to the current Xbox?
Yeah like, whoopidee doo, it’s light out during the morning while I’m off to work, I sure do get to enjoy that glimpse of daylight during my commute! Gonna be dark after I’m done regardless of the extra hour.
And not like it makes a damn difference anyways. It’s gonna be extra dark outside regardless of if we fuck with everyone’s schedule or not. One hour doesn’t make a significant difference in the amount of light we get in a day when we still just work for 8-9 hours of the day inside of a building.
Lmao good.
