3·6 days agoOh god no. This is still monopoly. Every company that reaches significantly lower market rate - say 4% - should be forcibly split or wound down (IIRC correctly at 5% market rate it becomes more profitable to buy the competition out so you don’t have to compete with them).
When was the last time China got a trade deal or negotiated settlement because it pointed a load of guns and

18·12 days agoIt was, but the actual problem I have with the app is that it had 90% margin. Talk about quick and dirty cash grab.
I was under an impression that it was always “police station” with the quotes, to make it more sinister or smthing (and it was sold as something unlicensed by the country where ir was repoeted, obviously)

Not OC, but I do think its impossible that the goverment not made of worker class representstives can be socialistic (or where worker class is underrepresented).
Just by the simple fact they do not represent the wast masses, they will ultimately be disconnected from workers and/or serve their own petty bourgeoisie interests.

Even ancient Greeks knew that when the representatives in democracy come from rich families they always serve their families first (see sortition, a practice they used to offset that).
