  • God man, shits so sad but I'd be lying if I said I was surprised at all. The first one was very OK, like it was certainly a game that I played and bothered completing. They were very lucky someone had the idea to make Parvati in the first game, the rest of the crew was a snooze fest (at least for me). But then I see the shitty commercial they made for the companions in the 2nd game, and no fucking wonder it didn't sell! They tell you nothing, play that god awful song over some shitty footage and crack a joke about how none of them are romance-able. They then charge 80 bucks, and make fun of you if you pay for their premium edition, yea go fuck yourself obsidian, and stop taking credit for new Vegas, none of those team members are still around.

  • I try not to pre-order or get early access. However I am not perfect, I did pre order Dragon Quest 11 when it came out.

  • I love it, the people who moved away from reddit to something nobody used always have such a hard time with the idea of using peertube. I get it, not everyone can host one for various reasons, so what then? let's just give up I guess and let Google win? Every time I see a peertube post the comments are flooded with people that just wanna be negative and say there is no solution. If you really can't in any possible way host or use someone else's peertube then that's not your fault. But stop complaining about YouTube if you won't even entertain the true self hostable alternatives.

  • I like learning and having control over my pc. But it's mainly the learning part for me, followed the wiki a second time installing arch on my Thinkpad last week and felt just as satisfied as the first time. But no shame in using archinstall.

  • Because Pokemon could do way better, the whole point of the games going off the 3ds was supposed to be that they wouldn't be held back by the hardware. No, graphics are not all that matter. But am I wrong for expecting games made by a "AAA" company with infinitely more budget and manpower to look like a finished game? Compared to other games released on the same hardware like breath of the wild, Pokemon games look like tech demo leaks. Maybe they need to go back to 2d sprites? I don't know, but looking at how they never skip a beat taking down a fan game or rom hack tells me they themselves know their games are ass and they need to get rid of any competition.

  • Well it's not an RPG, at all. It's Dishonored with a vampire skin, witch is kickass, it just really pisses me off that it's the sequel to an RPG videogame adaptation to a TTRPG. I just wish they didn't release it with the bloodlines name. Also just like the original idea of the game playing as a no name thin blood more than an already fully realized character, big shot elder vampire.
