  • It literally has the second most concurrent players of any game on Steam at the moment and still has over half of the concurrent player numbers compared to its peak 8 years ago.

  • Not sure how much longer I'll be using the 5950x tbh. We've reached a point where the mobile processors have faster multicore (for the AI 370) than the 5950X without gulping down boatloads of power.

  • She weighed a couple kilos over before this. In order to try and meet the minimum weight, she didn't drink water for a day while exercising intensely to sweat a lot. She was so dehydrated that they gave her IV fluids after she failed the weigh-in. The weight category she tried to compete in was way too low for her.

  • That is no where near the worst traffic circle in NJ. There was one way worse near where I lived. It had like 3 lanes and a stop sign that gave priority to people entering the circle vs people already in it. I've heard of so many crashes happening there

  • Why though? The main benefit of solid state is the energy density, which is not at all important for a stationary, grid-connected system. It's also super expensive. Why not just stick with sodium-ion batteries for the grid which are way cheaper per kWh?

  • What about the installer? Anaconda isn't great, but you only need about 1 minute to set the options to install and then let it do it's job before rebooting.

  • Tbf, this is something that only some distros do. Those distros should be reprimanded for handling home directories with the tmpfiles system, not systemd.

  • We would also need the government to pay for half of the cost to build the cars. That's what China is doing and why the cars are so cheap.
