  • Even still we hire ppl from the local party school. The most important thing i ask in interviews are basic "is sky blue" questions and trick questions that sound advance but are total bs Like "how much headlight fluid is needed to balance elbow grease" to see if they lie. You can train ppl if they know the fundamentals but you cant fix who they are as a person.

  • Personally know ppl who went to hard school and have same job and pay as those from party schools. Pick a school based on the factors within the time you are at the school. Afterwards at least in my experience unless you went to ultra prestigious school no one cares in job market.

  • Article claims they expected these numbers but in 16 years. Numerically, its not that far off from the expected number of 750k births. Its 90%. I dont think thats too much of a difference to be alarmed about until you read into it more. Taxes will increase and pensions will be effected if this continues. To make matters worse this is after they already dumped billions into policies like extra free money (63$ per month🤣) until child is in high school proving that current efforts are not enough.
