1000% preference. Like fake tans, comestic surgery items like "Bolted on tits", lip fillers, and fake muscles look weird and unnatural. To me it looks like a slightly deformed human and instinct says stay away from that.
However, I have cowokers who love that stuff.
If there is a time in future where it looks more natural id probably more for it.
