I'm not sure I understand this argument. Everything is essentially money. If America gives them funding for the Iron Dome, that leaves Israel with more money to buy offensive weapons.
Rulings don't happen in isolation. They have knock on effects on other things. Here in the UK, we have race riots, book bans and the country with the most cultural influence on us is turning into the new Nazi Germany. This ruling occurs in that context.
It goes further than just the precise text of the ruling and what decoration you can have on some cars. This will embolden people who want to kill queer people and/or force them in the closet. Trans people have already been killed by biggots emboldened by court rulings and the CASS report. There's been pogroms against people of different ethnicities in the past year already. Only a matter of time until they target LGBTQIA+ people too.
And you don't think this ruling will deter them from attending pride? Which they would have to do to protect people there? Simply doing so could be read as a "political act".
The courts are a branch of government. They are also not incorruptible saints as the liberal right would have you believe, but just as likely as the average person to be biggoted.
The government aren't making any attempt to change the law and have instead tolerated or even promoted transphobia in their party and have used the Cass Report as a pretext to ban puberty blockers, forcing transgender teens to obtain HRT from the grey market.
They could be anything else. That would not change situation.
